For my pre-Mech Fishron strat, I switch from using the Sanguine Bats and Firecracker-Cool-Snapthorn combo to Enchanted Blade Snapthorn-Spinal Tap combo. So you could perhaps run a Durandal-Cool-Firecracker combo with the Tempest Staff on Phase 1 then go with Durandal-Firecracker with the Sanguine Staff on Phase 3.
