Ah, sorry, I'd misread your post. If you've forgotten/lost both your password and security key, phoning support is probably your best bet. You could try emailing them, but they apparently take quite a while to get back to you. Although I've not needed to call support myself, I have at least heard good things about it.If, for example, I loose my Physical Security Key, how can I enter the game? Is there an option that I can choose, to remove the Physical Security Key as a needed option for login into the game? Thank you in advance.
