Just like the title says, I'm quite confused with regards to pick swapping in GM/MyL mode. I got an offer that had me receiving the Hornets 2017 pick but with the best swap tag. The process for switching Affiliations in NBA 2K23 Next Gen is pretty much the same as it was in last year's game. Towards the main entrance/exit inside each of the four boroughs, there will be an NPC that handles all of the Affiliation transfer requests.
