Unplug your Amp from power, then disconnect both of the speakers from the terminals on the back. Plug the Amp back in to power and wait until you see a solid white status light. Be absolutely sure you’ve unplugged all speakers from the Amp, then use the Sonos app to set your Amp’s volume to 100%. Start playing some music to the Amp. When connected to power, Roam will display a solid orange light to indicate that it’s charging. After about 10 seconds, the light will turn off but Roam will continue to charge. If the battery is depleted or has a very low charge, the orange light will stay on longer than 10 seconds until Roam has enough charge to turn on. Orange light when plugged into charger but nothing happening. Only used it a couple of times too. Please try disconnecting any chargers and press and hold the power button for 12 seconds. This should force reboot your Roam, and you should be able to power it on again by holding the power button for another 2 seconds.

As far as I know, any orange light on the BOTTOM of the speaker indicates a battery issue, and/or low battery. The light was flashing Red on the front - It had over 80% of charge per the Sonos app and was off the dock for maybe 1 hour or so and was fully charged.
