I removed mod fixer from mods that had it built in using the modders multitool to unpack and repack the files. I used the mod manager to install the script extender. I swapped from launching the game in Vulkan to DirectX 11 instead. I loaded my game a few saves prior to patch 4. My kiss animations resolved and I still had all of my mods.
