Hello, I work at TX Roadhouse and I thought we all get paid the same but apparently not. I get paid $4 something an hour, but only took the job because I was told I would also get paid with a certain percentage of the sales they made. I then found out that another coworker does the same job as me but for $14 an hour. Fine dining isn’t scary and the customers aren’t any worse than other establishments in my experience. There are terrible customers but, there are terrible customers everywhere. At least in a fine dining establishment you are predominately waiting on people with money and they always tip well.
